The link above is for the petition called Grant NC Criminal Sentence Reduction Reform. It was started in March of 2023 to gain supporters and signatures that will allow us to show each elected official in North Carolina the people would like to see this become a law. Early in January of 2023 so many people were under the impression that House Bill 625 was passed into law. That was not the case, with so much disappointment, frustration, and so many questions not just from me but my family as well. I did my research on House Bill 625 and created the petition. With signatures it shows that people are in support of this becoming a law. It will give so many men and women a second chance at life. If you would sign, share, and help push this petition in hopes that it will become a law sooner than later.
