What does a second chance into society mean to me? Well, first off, walking out these gates a free man is step one to anybody’s second chance into society. Step two is being allowed to walk the streets of opportunity and seek your dreams of success. Succes lives within all of us “convicts”. The second chances are out there. Step three is the chance to go to work, go to school, or even start your empire and become who you want to be without ever looking back. Those are our second chances to me. I live and breathe second chances every day. I just pray that my second chance into society comes sooner than my date is now, and that I am allowed the opportunity to pursue my dreams and goals to succeed with my second chance to society.
