Jamal Jarvis Columbus Correctional 1437816

My name is Jamal Jarvis and I’ve been incarcerated since the age of 18 and I am now 30 years old, and finally get a second chance to return home to society. A second chance! WOW! Now to me a second chance is more than words can explain, but a second chance is a do over from all the mistakes that I have made in life, or even just a do over to do the things better that I’ve done good in life. A second chance is a fresh start in life, it’s me being able to do things I have never done, but always wanted to do. I am 30 years old and my very first relationship (which I’m still in by the way) is only 2 years old and started at 28 for me. So, I can now go build a legacy and have children and build a healthy life for me and them. I can finally get to enjoy my woman, my queen in ways I have only dreamed of and daydreamed about for years now, and even different ways physically and mentally by just enjoying each other’s company in the flesh because we’ve never even had a in physical visitation. I can go on trips and really live and enjoy freedom, my freedom. My opportunities are endless now, I can personally help build up this cleaning business that is created on paper. So, to me a fresh start is everything, it’s me waking up when I want, how I want, and being able to eat all the foods I have dreamed of and enjoy the finer things in life. A fresh start is beautiful and means the entire world is not at my fingertip and I can now really live and enjoy life the right way as a young man. So, tell me, what does second chance mean to you?
