Operation Gateway located at 50 S French Broad Asheville, NC 28801, founder Philip Cooper services the community in the Buncombe County. They have a great group of men and women who are willing and ready to help those transitioning home. Operation Gateway also go as far as having a In-Reach program, “OG connects with incarcerated persons before they are released from prison to assess their needs, including but not limited to identification, housing, driver’s license restoration, healthcare, education, workforce development, and reconnections with family.
